Gratitude: in the morning after I meditate, I express my feelings and gratitude for three things in my life: the opportunity to express myself, my loved ones and health and happiness.
Gratitude, from the Latin gratus ‘pleasing, thankful’, is a feeling of appreciation felt by and/or similar positive response shown by the recipient of kindness, gifts, help, favors, or other types of generosity, towards the giver of such gifts.
Do something that makes my heart soar – I really enjoy creating these posts and sharing more of my personal experiences.
Inspiration. The act of an elevating or stimulating influence upon the intellect, emotions or creativity.
Being outside and with my local community, friends and family. I do have the opportunity to create from home, which is awesome. Also, for my happiness a nice day includes going to my community gym or shopping to say hello to my neighbours.
Community is a group of people with a common characteristic or interest living together within a larger society. Friendships, support and love.
