I have been on my weight loss journey for quite a while now and have been lucky enough to learn lots of great healthy tips.

Here are a few of my favourite tips that you can use to be super healthy too!

1. Get a good night’s sleep. 

2. Drink plenty of water – try flavouring your water with lemon or lime.

3. Protein with every meal – Keeps you feeling full longer and makes you stronger!

4. Watch Portion Sizes – Try using a scale or measuring cups to watch your portions and how much you are eating.

5. Weigh yourself once a week and lose weight slowly. Be kind to yourself. This is a lifelong journey.
