3 Things I Do Everyday For Happiness
1. Gratitude – in the morning (after I meditate) I express my feelings and gratitude for three things in my life.
2. Do something that makes my heart soar – I really enjoy creating these posts and sharing more of my personal experiences.
3. Being outside and with my local community, friends and family. I do have the opportunity to create from home, which is awesome. Also, for my happiness a nice day includes going to my community gym or shopping to say hello to my neighbours.
